4. User Accounts

5.2 Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• You retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

• Upload malicious code or content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TokenScout. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service (watchlists, filter presets, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

Cryptocurrency market data is provided by third-party sources (including Binance). This data is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about its accuracy or timeliness.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance
• Third-party service outages
• Events beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
